Title: Clients with Prostate Problems

I have a booking with a client who has a micro penis and has prostate problems. (I know about the thread for micro-penis).

He would like me to use a strap on as this is one of the ways he can get relief from the pain as his cum is apparently very thick and ejaculation is extremely painful.

Any advice would be appreciated.

What type of prostate problem? I see a lot of older clients that ask for strapon and I go really slow starting with a gloved finger, find their prostate, massage it and go from there, slow and gentle asking them how it feels etc

He says he is in constant pain and a strap on relieves the pain although ejaculation is painful and semen is very, very thick.

It sounds awful for him.  :(
