I know of several clients I see who use Viagra, and it doesn't result in them shagging non-stop for an hour. They use to to help with ED and it doesn't necessarily mean constant, raging hard on.
My advertising clearly states that I am not offering a constant shagging session, and I also make that clear when I take new clients on. Because I'm clear with the type of experience I'm offering, that leaves me with opportunity to say "No thank you" and "Stop right there" to anyone who wants to run me ragged.

I won't accept clients who's taken viagra, having had a mindlessly boring session with a civvy I realised afterwards that he'd used it. He was 50 which is above my usual age range of 20-30 who don't seem to need it.
If I suspect it, I'll terminate the session and kick them out as they seem fixated on non stop penetration. That's not what I advertise or provide. I'll normally do 5-15 mins of pen max in a hour session.

I personally don’t mind as viagra doesn’t always result in the client shagging you quite hard for the entire booking. Sometimes yes. Sometimes it doesn’t even work. Other times the sex is normal and not prolonged.
I don’t think there’s any way to predict if the client is going to penetrate you for 59 minutes, luck of the draw really and just because they do doesn’t mean they’ve been on viagra. I find these kind of clients are usually young and wank too much. I guess I just don’t see them again as it makes me jaded and not wanting to accept anymore bookings. Not to mention them sweating everywhere.
You’re also mistaken if you think it’s only older men who take it... ;D

It does seem to work on some men, but makes little difference to how quickly they cum. So you get these that manage the erection okay when they otherwise wouldn't, but nothing more than that.
