It seems to me that this thread is quite interesting and instructive for us all .
Unfortunately , I cannot add any feed-back drawn from my recent experience , because now I am only taking very long bookings , so who spends entire nights with me , always has plenty of opportunities to be stimulated by the situation and very very rarely shows erectile deficiencies ... 
But , I'd like to remind you girls that nowadays the best selling medicines are Viagra & Cialis ...
I'd advise to keep a few of the most effective of those pills in your drawer or bag : in half an hour maximum they garantee a perfect hard-on , I can vouch they make miracles ...

While I'm convinced that those drugs aren't more dangerous than many prescription-free ones like Paracetamol in higher dosage , I would always limit myself to advising , and only if requested to do so .
To check the BP would be pointless , since the side-effects of an ED pill don't include increasing it .
I suggest to read the drug info leaflet ...

Could someone inform us of the legality of handing one off viagra ( a prescription drug) to punters? It does worry me in case he happens to have a stroke afterwards.   I get to hear there's a much better one than Cialis.  Someone (a punter) told me (but I couldn't quite catch what it was) he tried all of these and compared the effects.    I'm not sure if it's a good idea to purchase it and offer it for free unless it's just one off and they get these themselves after that.   If someone becomes ill (e.g. stroke etc), I wouldn't like being part of his serious illness or death   

I know it does happen but handing out any kind of drugs to someone who's not even a friend but effectively a customer/ client is probably the worst advice I've ever heard . Imagine if a newbie came on here read that piece of 'advice' gave someone a drug from god knows where )GPs not gonna hand it out without a blood pressure check and a cross reference of any other meds etc) and gave it to someone with any number of ailments , high blood pressure or diabetes ...it's  ridiculous and could have very,very, serious consequences ...so I'm glad you questioned that advice Luciexxx as my eyes nearly popped out of my head lol

Clients who are first time punters often have this issue with me, think it's the whole intimidation/pretty naked girl thing and they usually say oh I'm nervous etc. I often find the key is to distract them, usually laying down next to them and just kissing really passionately for a while means they get hard because they're not thinking about it and it's not even being touched. If that doesn't work I'll whip out my toys and give them a little show and get them involved. Usually the ego boost about helping me orgasm helps with the erection issue. Sometimes it can be helpful to put a condom on when soft and letting it get hard IN the condom so there's no issue of them losing it.

Yep I've had this and got totally pummelled for the whole hour, big time ..when he realised he had 10 mins left he started again , he left with a "see you soon" I thought "nope you won't " but I'd prefer no Viagra thanks ....not what I call fun at all lol , fucks up all my hair !!!!

I know some clients who CAN take these "erection boosters" but they haven't looked online or researched and only moan about the problem in front of escorts during having sex with his on and off erection.  They should've seen a GP or get some ordered online with medical advice. Dudes aren't gonna discuss with GP about their erection problems.  So the problem is usually passed onto escorts and expect us to sort it out magically. 

"Dudes, it ain't gonna be happening"   Maybe, their wives gave up on them, too.

This client does take Viagra, he gets it off the doctor with whom he has discussed that he has a 'friend' who he has sex with once every 2 weeks, his doctor tells him its good for him (sex) (his wife has died, he's in his 80's)  A very posh overly frugal man.
