Client wanting a booking using real name.

Hi guys  ;D I just wanted to ask a question, would you accept a booking if the client used your real name? When I was working I had a client leave a voicemail asking for a booking but he used my real name.
I was a bit shocked at this so my response was to delete it, I was moving away anyway so I wouldn't have had the chance to see him but would you have done the same?......  Thank you xxxx

Nobody but my real life friends,parents,boyfriend etc know my real name so if somebody did call for a booking using my real name there is a good chance they are a stalker and I need to call the police. I would be questioning how they got that name since I only use my work name around clients.

I'd ignore. If he gets in touch again I'd correct him on your [working] name.

I have had enquiries from men calling me a range of names, not my own so could be a simple slip?

This happened to me but he was a previously blocked client who had taken it apon himself to help himself to my mail and find out my name and try and book again.Block them

Yeah there was no way he could have found it out as I am always careful with security etc .... I figured in the end it must have been a guy I went to school with and he must have recognised me from the pictures. Thanks girls  :)xxxxxx
