My rule is ----  If they book an hour but on arrival ask to change it to 30 mins that's ok with me and I'm paid for 30 mins.
If they book an hour and the session gets underway but they are all done in 30 mins there's no giving them half the fee back. No way mate. I haven't been asked to refund and would never offer either! 🙂

So had this client a few times on and off, a couple of times he’s jumped up after cumming 20mins in. I’ve said hey relax and we’ll go again but nope he wants to leave…. He’s done this more than once. I felt so guilty because I didn’t offer a part refund even though he had booked 1 hour, but I did turn away two clients for the time he had booked.

Question is should I have given him money back? I did feel so guilty but I turned away an hour booking & a 90 minute booking so I didn’t offer him any money back because of this.

I have never offered a refund in this situation. Why should I loose out because they booked longer than they actually needed?. If they had booked a shorter appointment I could possibly have fit another client in

If a client decides to end the booking early (or starts the booking more than 10 minutes late with less than 30mins notice) then I still charge the full rate despite them getting less time as I don't feel I should lose out financially based on their miscalculations when they planned the session

It's his choice to book the time and leave early.

What do you do if they change the booking time?

I guess it depends on availability but occasionally I get some that turn up and want longer than originally requested.

Last week I had one that booked an hour, a day or so in advance.

When he turned up, his plans had changed so he only wanted 30 mins. I made it my mission to make him cum and get out asap.  >:(

What do you do in these situations? Just for me, it puts me about, as I have mentally prepared for that particular duration.
There is such a thing as a stupid question

If someone wants longer than booked I decide based on my energy, other commitments including my own downtime. Generally if someone veers off the booked time I can feel messed around, controlled and generally those that do this have been difficult in other ways but not always.
