I agree, although it isn't always that easy if you're not native British but that doesn't apply here.

I have four current accounts, all for different things. I don't take bank transfers and stuff like the above is reminding me why. Are the people who do using their main long term accounts for this?

On the rare occasions I do accept deposits for advance bookings, I use another bank account which has no money in it and then transfer it out straight away.
All my deposits are non-refundable, which is clear in my terms and conditions.
I don’t have clients pay for the booking by bank transfer, but if it was sprung on me (besides the fact I’d be furious) I would use the empty account (which I think has happened to me once in 10 years).

I can imagine - I've never had it sprung on me in the room by somebody turning up with no money, but I've had texts with five minutes to go saying things like 'bank transfer OK, right?' Fortunately I'm close to plenty of ATM's, but not everybody is that lucky.

I have a 'spare' account which I could use if it came to it, but I prefer the money in my hand where I can see it :)

Me personally I wouldn't put anything in writing he can use as evidence to show its sex work related, in case he does try reporting it as sex work to get bank to refund him.  Coukd you send him a vague text like I not sure what talking about please call me.

Maybe Then tell him politely but firmly he made the booking it was his decision to leave early through no fault of the experience being delivered.  And that he should book the time he intends to stay for.   And refunds are not avabut on this occasion only you would give him a half hour appointment on x day (of your choosing) .  If he's not happy if he can fuck off, but nothing in writing.

I had a client try and pay by cc recently but I had a feeling he was going to be a snide straight off, told him cash only.  There's some out there that do this to get free appointments,   obtaining services by deception but not so to the police as its against terms and conditions on banks, whether its card payments, transfers.  Even though said client planned it.

Don't refund him your turned other work away, not your fault he's a cummer and runner.

Hi everyone! Today a guy booked for 1hr. When the time comes in, he text me will be in later 20 min and appears 5 minutes later. All done and after 30 minutes, after playtime, he asks for money for 30 back, because he finished in 30/ I told him that he can stay for another sexy time, etc. He goes out and starts to send me a message with lots of insults. I offered him a lovely time and I m a nice lady, but I cannot lose my time and money like this. Can this man report me on Aw? ( he booked with me by text not site) What do you do in this situation? Thanks, ladies x

I've merged this Amelie bwcause some of the replies might be helpful :)

As for Adultwork, anybody malicious can report you for anything any time they like whether or not they've ever met even met you, so it isn't worth worrying about.

Do not refund anything, What a cheek. If I go to the cinema and pay for a movie I'm not really in the mood to watch half way through I don't expect to get a refund. You set aside that time for him and could of used the time to see someone else. I would tell him that you set aside the 2 hours for him and that it was agreed  He made the choice to leave early and that you was happy to spend the whole 2 hours with him.

I'm to the point so I'd tell him that I will not refund him for the time he decided to not continue. I'd block him and report him on CE so other girls are aware of his nature.

I've actually ended a long booking and given them half back but never would I do so in your situation.

I had the same issue with one guy who basically came for an hour but finished within 20 mins and asked me for a refund. I gave him back as he paid me in a cash and only because he started be aggressive when I refused on the beginning. In the end I didn’t want to fight with idiot and I was alone in the flat so I won’t take a risk for those money but I would not refund if I could be you and clearly explain him why. You’re in better position than I was  :FF

If memory serves me well I haven't had a client ask for any money back as the. OP described but one who was on his third booking asked on arrival if he could downsize his hour to thirty minutes. I had no problem with that.

I have no problem with them leaving halfway through the time they booked either, but they're still paying for it.

I don't have any problem if someone books for 1hr and in the first minute tell me want 30 minutes.  But not when all is done, in my case after 30 minutes. Also, I lose another booking. ( told me will be late 20 min, I token another booking for 30 minutes after canceling because that one shows up after 5 minutes)

That’s one of the reasons l stopped doing 2 hours. Was happening too often to me with guys asking for a partial refund.
I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.

For thirty minutes, an hour, two, overnights or long weekends, what I strive to convey to my clientele is that the fees are for my company and understanding, NOT for the fucking time...
I may sell my body, never my soul!

How does that work when planning your diary? My company and understanding are included along with my other services, but I need to know how long they want them for or I can't organise myself?

So had this client a few times on and off, a couple of times he’s jumped up after cumming 20mins in. I’ve said hey relax and we’ll go again but nope he wants to leave…. He’s done this more than once. I felt so guilty because I didn’t offer a part refund even though he had booked 1 hour, but I did turn away two clients for the time he had booked.

Question is should I have given him money back? I did feel so guilty but I turned away an hour booking & a 90 minute booking so I didn’t offer him any money back because of this.
