It happens when you've been at it long enough. I'm sorry all of you for your experiences with these clients.

I have plenty of lovely men in my past that I think about. They also told me so much about their families that I felt like I knew them and I wonder how they are doing from time to time.

I really want to say if you ever get a message like that, don't text back anything like - "sorry wrong number"

Do text:  SORRY for your loss; then BLOCK - nothing more is needed.

If you go and say wrong number that can look suspicious because you can bet they have your number stored as "Dave from the Car Wash" or something. So it's best to say nothing about who you are or how you know him.
