Client offering pick up, is it safe ?
« on: 04 June 2014, 04:21:42 pm »
Hello ladies :)

I have a request from a client who lives outside my area, well not really far but it's not convenient to get to his place by public transports (I don't drive). I do outcalls only but mainly in hotels.

He offers to pick me up at the nearest station and drive me to his place. I'm aware it can be dangerous but, as I'm a newbie, I wonder if some ladies here have been in this situation before, and what they decided to do.

Thanks for your help !

No.

You - and the person you should have who knows where you are and when you will call - don't know where you're going to end up. Or if the guy in the car has anything to do with the address he's given you. Or if it's his car. Or...

If you can't afford a minicab to his place, you're not charging enough.
'The Ian formerly known as SW5'. What they said: "Indispensable", "You are our best resource", and (hours later!) "I'm afraid that you're being made redundant..."

Never in a million years would I get into someone's car.

As said above, you can get a taxi to his.

My motto is Trust No One ........... and I stick by that.

I get all sorts of requests that I politely turn down and the guy will say, oh but I am completely harmless/normal/safe etc but for my own personal reasons, I only do what is within my own comfort zone.

Remember, you do NOT have to take every booking you get and you do NOT have to do anything that is out of your comfort zone..............

My friend and I have a sort of motto ourselves.......... if there is any doubt or we question it, then simply don't do it.............. your safety and life is worth far more then the xxx you could have potentially earnt/lost.

Good luck

Nope and a quick read of the warnings section, specifically the thread on 'Jerome' should confirm that you need to be in charge of your transport to and from the outcall. Once in his car he could take you anywhere, and whilst many clients who offer to do this are genuine and mean no harm to you, just as many would use it as a reason to extend the booking, or even worse take you somewhere you feel you cannot leave.

If you cannot get to his place under your own steam, you shouldn't be accepting the booking.

Definately NO, you have to know where you will end up, which address, not to go blindly with some guy and end up God knows where.

Ok, I've got it now  ;D I've read the warnings since posting, thanks to you all. Indeed, it was not safe and I won't do it.

If he has a car he can travel to you, ask him to do that

No way, not a chance and remember that for every bad man out there, escorts are extremely vulnerable to them so keep that in mind and never get in someone's car especially someone you don't know x

When I was new I was quite green and never did outcall checks or even get their full address and I asked most of them to meet me at the station and sometimes they did meet me in their car, but I felt quite apprehensive sometimes when in it so I wouldn't do that now with a new one.

I was exactly the same when I was new to this, I was so naive!  Sometimes I did worry particularly one time when it was quite a long trip from the station, and he wanted to stop in a layby to make sure he wasn't too early (as his wife wouldve still been home - actually she still was and he didn't realise till he drove into his drive and had to make a fast getaway, reversing all the way, but thats another story)

I would never, ever do that now.  Although the majority of clients mean no harm, it only takes ones nutter........

Same risk as street prostitution I think, x
If something is not perceived it doesn't exist.
