Threatening envrionment in massage parlour
« on: 27 November 2018, 12:24:25 am »
As I have just gotten over a really bad cold and dont fancy touring until I am 100% better I have been working in a local massage parlour, I used to work here previousy and still kept in touch with some of the girls.

Since I have come back, one girl who I classed as a friend and has been to my house and everything has turned really nasty, she is well known for picking fights and getting physical with girls who are busier than her, but this is the first time she has turned on me.

Last shift she just blanked me the whole shift and was making passive aggressive comments like girls need to know to stand back, girls will be coming of her shift etc all directed towards me to make me feel uncomfortable.
I did stand back once so she could do one as she just never gets picked and even other girls have even left shifts because of this, I even lost a client because of her because she told him she was the only one available and he wanted to see me, so he ended up walking out.

I told the boss who said oh shes just mardy, but I think the next shift she will kick off, as shes literally making no money and blames me.

Her and her friend who also is the same as her, I dont know what to do, this girl is kmown for beating girls up and damaging there property just to get them of the shift, I dont want to back down, but I dont know how to handle the situation as its basically now 2 on 1.

Thanks in advance x

Sounds horrible! I'm not sure if you can win this fight, especially if the manager doesn't care. Are there any other local parlours you could try? Personally I would want to get out of that environment asap.

Oh,in that case perhaps you could swap your shifts around so you never have to see her? She sounds toxic

If men are choosing you can you not give them your personal number and take a day room or just rent a hotel room for one day and night (or more if you can) and let them book you that way?

Sometimes with situations like the one you describe the best and only real option is to leave. Shame on the management for allowing this woman to remain there!

I think "mardy" is an understatement. Bat shit borderline psychotic is a better description. These types are to be avoided at all costs &  met with a "grey rock" technique.

If your place of work is making you feel unsafe with colleagues, including the people who you work for not giving a shit about your personal safety etc, then sounds like it's time to move on.
