In latter years of incalls I use a security buddy who is on the end of the phone. Just as for outcalls they know when I have a booking, start and rough finish time. I contact them as client is arriving, and then leaving. We do have a lleeway for overruns, and any extention is communicated to them with client's agreement.

All this information has been super helpful.

I've put an offer in on one flat but the landlady has been farrrrrrrrr too inquisitive for my liking so I've cut that off before I put down a holding deposit.

A lot of the places I'd love to live (big, anonymous blocks of luxury flats) seem to have porters/concierges. Does anyone have any specific advice re: working around that? Currently thinking would see max 1/2 clients a day and then do "tours" in rented accommodation in central.
