 Hi Charlotte,

 Welcome to saafe.

Are you using any other form of birth control at the moment?  Do you attend  GUM clinic regularly?

Hi and welcome Charlotte,
If your customer withdrew but the condom was still inside you, I would say the chances of infection or any sperm escaping are very slim. It was only the condom he slipped out of, not you. Did he ejaculate inside the condom and was the stuff still in it?

For peace of mind and only if you want to, if you're not on any contraceptive, take the morning after pill and also make an appointment with the GUM clinic. If you can do a walk-in instead of waiting for an appointment, even better. But bring a good book because it can be a mind-numbing wait.

What Brandy said.

STI checks can wait - most things take a day or two to show up, rising to a month or two for HIV - but if you're not using any other contraception, the sooner you get the 'morning after pill', the more effective it is.

'The Ian formerly known as SW5'. What they said: "Indispensable", "You are our best resource", and (hours later!) "I'm afraid that you're being made redundant..."

What they said  ;D Wasn't trying to spook you or imply you need to get checked, just wanted to find out to start with if you're comfortable talking to them since you asked whether you need to tell 'them' you escort xx

For STI checks it can be beneficial to tell them you are an Escort. It's all confidential and usually means they'll pull out all the stops and give you lots of tests they don't usually offer since they know you have multiple partners as part of your occupation. Also means you can get the Hep B jab free too.

Hi Charlotte,

First of all welcome,

This has happened to me a few times and as long as you are sure that he slipped out of the condom when he pulled out there is nothing to worry about, as Brandy said, he will have been inside the condom when he ejaculated and there will have been no direct contact. However  if you suspect the condom came off during the act it would be best to get checked out and take the morning after pill if you are not on any other contraceptive.

You do not have to tell the GUM clinic that you are an escort, but like Strawberry I have found it an advantage to tell them. Don't worry they are discreet, professional and very helpful.
