I have recently teamed up with a local lady as we were booked together by a client and have decided to work together again. Just wanted to know if people would stick to there standard rates or increase it?

If you aren't providing a lesbian show I would normally decrease the rate for 2 girls as you will be doing less work compared to seeing the client on your own.
For me if I was providing a lesbian show it would be more than my hourly rate.
So if we were both charged ?150 per hour individually for the hour I would consider a two girl non lesbian session for ?250 total and a lesbian session for ?350 in total.

We all charge differently.Me and the girls I team up with play with each other in duos as well as the bloke and take a tenner off our hourly rate.Its still an easier booking for us but some charge more.You could have a look at what other duos charge in your area to help you decide.
