If you have good feedback on AW, and this other guy has none #
then I think most guys will give you the benefit of the doubt;
you can kind of tell when feedback is disingenuous/from a crazy person.
No chance. Men don't think like that.
And if women paid for sex, neither would they.

15,000 or more escorts, one listed as having given someone an STI,
in a comment which looks dubious.
If this was you or I looking to pay for a punt, we may think that this is a lie.
(Maybe not)
But to err on the side of caution, we would see another escort.

Kimmy, don't panic and wait to see how AW respond.
This will be a non-issue if they delete the review.

I suggest you hide your feedback till then.
Use the suggest above, about client posting your real name.
Having ANY SUGGESTION that you have an STI
is far more damaging than having feedback switched off for a while.
A client saying you gave them an STI will get you zero clients.
Hide the comment.

I cant hide the comment because it isnt on my feedback, its on his, as a 'response' to the feedback I gave him

A client will only see it if he clicks on this clients name when looking at my feedback

Kimmy, you need to think before you fly off the handle. If you rage at the man off the bat he's not going to be inclined to remove his slanderings and if you come on a public forum spitting with range at AW then ditto.

As upsetting and annoying as it may, when your business is on the line, be try a bit of sugar before you get out the flamethrower

I still think it'd be worth hiding your feedback for now though, cos clients are only going to stumble across the herpes comment if they click on the members who have left you feedback.x

Well basically, for a start I dont have herpes, saw this client, young guy, had smelly breath and probably would avoid seeing again cos of that but other than that he was ok and said he hadnt had sex for 3 years and it was starting to damage his confidence, he had never been to an escort before and was nervous. funnily enough its not the first time the same thing pretty much has happened, and the other time it was also a new and nervous guy, im just presuming they are paranoid and think we are all crawling with stis

we both left positive aw feedback, and he then a few days later he txt me accusing me of giving him herpes, when he had not been seen by a doctor to clarify this. well to cut a long story short the client went to the docs who told him he has thrush and nothing else! I am really angry with the client for not only txting me accusing me of giving him an STI without having even been looked at by a doctor, but then on AW response where I had left him pos feedback he has posted that it looks like i've gave him herpes

if any client clicks and sees that they will presume I have herpes, if any girl sees it she will presume I also have it and could tell other clients, when its absoloute bullshit

what would you do about this as I dont want it to ruin my rep, I responded on my feedback to what he said, saying 'paranoid idiot, txt me accusing me of giving him herpes as per his FB response, finds out from docs he actually has thrush and nothing else. apology maybe?'

now i know this might not be the way to go about it but i feel others should know he found out he didnt have herpes and had thrush, rather than nothing being said and people presuming that I have it

wtf is wrong with dick heads like this, why start 1. txting me saying I've 'definately give him an STI' (yes, he actually said that despite me repeatedly saying it sounded like thrush from his symptoms and he should have seen a doc before contacting me) i mean, the dumbass, none of the symptoms he told me about resembled herpes at all yet he was convinced, and 2. that he had the cheek to write it on AW despite not having even seen a doctor yet! After seeing the FB im absoloutely f**** furious with this client but dont have his number available anymore to give him shit for writing it :(

Should I just get over it, im scared this is going to put clients off xxx

Some men over react in society over nothing he must have issues. I wouldn't have thought all men on aw browse other men on there unless they're gay. Try not to worry about it. This will blow over.

I think that looks more suspicious than anything else, and wont be doing it but thanks anyway, il just have to hope clients arnt clicking on the profiles of other guys who have seen me xxx

To the halfasleep poster, at the end of the day I am annoyed that an immature client wrote on AW that I had given him herpes when he had not seen a doctor to confirm it, I find it extremely slimy and pathetic to do so and am pissed off that this client has potentially cost me business due to his stupidity and conclusion jumping

 he should have done the normal thing and seen a doctor before even contacting me, mind you he was in his own words very sexually inexperienced and hadnt had sex for numerous years so was likely paranoid and clueless about stis

He can't actually remove his slander once he had said it that's the point and AW have gone and removed the only response she had sticking up for herself! I think she has every right to be upset and angry considering its completely not true.

Thanks hun, the thing that has wound me up the most is the lack of thought or consideration on behalf of the client before he went and possibly ruined my business like this x

So far I have not seen a difference in bookings or enquiries so fingers crossed it carries on this way lol, thanks to everyone for your advice xx

I really dont understand Adultwork, if I slandered someone accusing them of this, I would think on 99% of websites the owners would be rushing to take this down worried about legal action.  It makes it an easy way to black mail a girl, dont do this or that, piss me off and I will put this on your feedback, or a rival girl in the area could get her own back on another more popular girl by posting she has an STI on her feedback under an alias.  I think it's absolutely disgusting.

I would see if you can get any legal advice on this, maybe tell Adultwork if they dont take it down you will talk to a solicitor.
I dont think what I am saying is extreme, I find this frightening that any one of us here could become the victim of this.

Kimmy i wonder if you should put a notice on youre profile information regarding this negative feedback
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
 I have recently been given a bad feedback from a client that adultwork have been asked to remove  and under no circustances has this person or any other persons ever been given a disease by me.
this is wrongful, totally untrue and  damaging
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I have contacted them again asking them to remove it from the clients feedback and that i find it disgusting people can write things like that without any proof, I sent it to the noreply@adultwork email and got a reply saying to message via the help centre, so have done that and am waiting to see what they say

 if they dont take it down I am considering this idea of threatening legal action as imo this is slander, but dont want them getting irate and deleting my profile (which imo would be sickeningly unprofessional, but you never know with AW)

I would but am thinking it might be better to say nothing, as it isnt on my profile to read so hoping it goes unnoticed, and this will draw any clients attention to the fact someone has said I have given them herpes, and all they'd really have is my word that i havnt which they may not be inclined to believe xx

You should not worry because most of herpes shows especial if you have in the pussy or mouth.
I think the best is always to have in paper the results of your tests so if any client see and ask you about you simple show them the prove you are clean.Now i do that because so they can shut up about lies like that.In my country they say a escort is more unlucky to have tsd then a nomal woman as we know more about the risk and most of it use protection and get tested.I think clients should also have proves of them been clean as is out there alot of them giving girls tsds.

I know this is an old thread (but am looking through all threads to find out any info I might ever need) aooarently working girls have a lower eate of HIV transmission, and all other stds I would think, because WGs tend to be much much better with protection tban the average woman...
