I'm in the "mature" bracket (late 40s) so I do tend to attract a lot of clients who have ED (especially since I write "patient and understanding" in my adverts.)

It is much, much easier when the client is honest from the beginning. EG "I have ED and struggle to get hard. It would really help if you do XYZ, that will help me cum but I probably won't get hard enough to fuck."

If a client is just not getting hard and hasn't said anything about it, and I've given it my absolute best oral with no repsonse, I'll say "This doesn't really seem to be working - would you like me to carry on or shall we call it a day?" The wording is blame-free and it gives the choice back to the client.

It's not our problem if they can't get hard. I appreciate it if they tell me this. I have some older guys who lose their erection during a booking but not a problem for me.

I don't come across it much since I screen out older clients.
