Title: chafing on the knees

I have some chafing that is starting to be very annoying, I think this is due to the sheets on my hotel bed and to the cowgirl position. :o

Does anyone have any advice or any way to alleviate this and prevent it?

I've had this as well and it's really painful. With me it was the towel that did it rather than the sheets so I make sure the edges are tucked in close to him and try to keep my knees on the sheet. A cool wet flannel on the redness is very soothing as well as a dab of vaseline.
