Not true. I use cashapp regularly and never has it taken less than 30mins for the money to appear in my account
Unless you are transferring a large amount like over £5000 or so.

Thank you, the bank account I am linking to does not have a debit card. I have read transfers to bank account can take 1-3 days does anyone have any experience of this please?
The first transaction took 1 day but now it’s in under thirty minutes(normally instant).

Is there anything I need to be aware of?

When they send you money it needs to be your name with the £

Can I accept international payments?
Yes. They will see the conversion rate on their end (from their currency to GBP) before they send it

I’ve recently decided to take deposits due to cancellations. Had my first person yesterday pay in full via the app (£180). Someone else tried to do this today (send £1, then the full amount) and it said the transaction was cancelled for my protection. The client tried again , and it still failed.
I’ve set the account up this month so it’s fairly new but why would it let one transaction work
And not another. Any ideas?

The exact same thing happened to me (sent £1 then the rest) and it failed twice when he sent the rest but it's because the had just downloaded the app; cashapp/his bank made the payment fail for their own protection even though Ive had cashapp for months. He got a notification from cashapp and also got a text message from Barclays asking him to verify the last three recent payments he made. In the end we left it coz my bank account was down at the time but I usually just do bank transfers and get them to bypass confirmation of payee

I've had this happen to me. The payment failed and me and the client both received a message saying that the transaction was cancelled for our protection. He tried another couple of times with smaller amounts and had the same problem, then he got a text from his bank asking him to verify that the recent activity was him. As soon as he did that it went through with no problem. I've received a payment of £500 and of £750 and it asked me to confirm a few of my details for security reasons then it cleared instantly. I love cashapp it's a lot more reliable that paypal and as far as I can tell impossible to reverse or cancel like paypal is. Paypal has screwed me over a couple of times so I refuse to use them now.
They tried to bury us.
They didn't know we were seeds.

Are you verified? That could be the issue tbh I used to use Cashapp but never bothered to verify my account because I only ever used it rarely and never had issues until someone tried to send me £200 and it failed.

I think if they send you an amount of over £100 in one go they ask to you provide additional identification details for security reasons. So you could try send maybe £80 and then £100. I also think there is a limit to how much you can receive on Cashapp if you don’t have a verified account something like £1000 a week or month can’t remember so the cap could be the reason also in this case if you’ve received over your cap amount then I suppose only think you can do is setup a new account, wait for the cap to restart or verify your details.

Both of these would obviously only apply if your account is not verified with your legal documents so if it is these won’t apply to you.

But when I’ve had payments come through as failed it’s usually one of these problems.

The app tells me I have sending limit of £250, receiving limit £500 per week.

I’m having issues with cashapp at the moment and my account is limited to accepting more than £100/month.
My account is verified so I don’t understand what’s happened and I also don’t understand where the “month” starts and ends because it was only a few days into this month and it said I had reached my limit when I definitely haven’t!

Have you tried receiving? Last time I had to input some personal details to receive, although my limits are set to £100 receiving per month, further into the app information says I'll be prompted to verify after which limits will be increased for 7 days. I've not yet had time to test this yet.

This is a entire UK thing everyone in the UK has been limited not just you. I would look to find an alternative method for deposits or transfers.

So frustrating because i was very happy with using CA for regulars’ panty sales & texting sessions. I don’t really like Bank transfer & PayPal is a no go. Urgh!

I had only started using it recently was recommended by a customer, I could see many sex workers using it online (twitter etc). Very much like a nightclub I started attending over 20 years ago, within a few months raided and eventually closed down (the use was very blatant). Quite frustrating but I can see exactly why.
