I don’t think it’s about the place I think it’s about how you set the scene and deliver the agreed services.

I’m 200 tour and 250 in London escort and I’ve worked in some very cheap hotels and I always take some fairy lights scented candles and a bed spread. Nice music playing. In ten years never had a complaint. Once a client feels comfortable and relaxed they do not think oooooh I just paid £250 and she is in the ibis. They think that was a lovely hour with amazing service.

I have not worked in any unclean or badly decorated places though with wallpaper hanging off or damp as I am a hotel user. So a flat which is really falling apart may have a different effect. The basics have to be working like a clean shower and towels etc men’s products for them to use.

I have to mine in the lounge atm and don't have shower or toilet facilities atm for client use due to plumbing being done and waiting on new bed...I was only working in a Parlour because of this but got so many clients on AW who couldn't care less...I charge £60 HH £50 quickie which is standard in my area ..no shortage of clients wanting to come .I've worked from terrible flat before with no shower just a bath...no client gave a sh** lol I just put it on my ad. Most clients say they coming to see me not the house.

Hi

My prices are 200 plus for an hour (I consider this high) but the place I work out of is a bit of a shithole tbh. The only reason I use that place is that the landlord (a really nice guy) stays in the house while I'm working and he opens the door. I just pay him to rent the room for the day. I feel safer cause he's there tbh. But the place is not so nice, non of my clients mention it and I have repeats too. So I think it depends on you but having said that who wouldn't like to visit a nicer place I know I would!
Life is too short

At the minute I charge £300-£400 an hour and I only work out of 4 star plus hotels. When I charged £200 I occasionally worked in the Ibis, but still mainly 4 star hotels. I once did the maths and renting a flat really isn't worth it for me once I took into account being tied into a contract, bills, council tax etc etc. I only work on days were I can get somewhere for least than about £120 or I get get a client to pay a deposit that covers my expenses. Also, the more you work in chain hotels, you can obtain status and get free upgrades etc. Tonight I'm in a studio room that would've cost more than double the price of the room I actually booked.
