Do not givee anymore details until a booking has been made and confimed as he already has the general area, in your case your town.  That is all I ever give anyone just enquiring.  Once he has made a booking you can then give him the street name and tell him where to park, preferably where you can see him and then get him to ring when he arrives for the number.  Thats what I do and it always works fine.  Mind you I am lucky as my apartment happens to have a very large private car park so I can see them outside.
Infact I do not ever give my door number out.  I just tell them to come to the main entrance and I will buzz them in and to come up (I open the door when I see them coming up the stairs through my spy hole).

Obviously other people may have other ways of doing it so you should read all the replies you get and then try and work which is best for you but there is never a need to have your full address for an enquiry

I am lucky to work somewhere with a large car park and security codes. After a booking is confirmed, I give them the postcode and parking bay, but only give them the house number after they call and say that they have arrived. It always works fine and they respect that, they see that you are protected and smart and won't try anything weird. Good luck!

Well I text them my address when I receive a booking but my address won't have my flat number until I see the client parking, then I tell them my flat number.
