Neighbours do often sadly spy on others activities and report back. They even have landlords / ladies  contact details
They would have to actually prove you were escorting first though I'm sure .

Pretty easy as it’s a breach of contract if you didn’t declare you ran a business from home when you signed the contract - it’s immaterial that you’re working as an escort.  Either way, they will need to provide proof rather than make the accusation, although that said, if a neighbour does complain to your landlord, they might already have enough evidentiary support.

Also, I believe a landlord can evict you for any reason whatsoever, but it is a lengthy process. Or if there’s a break clause in your contract, they can just give you two months notice. Either way, I advise you contact Shelter or CAB as they will be better placed to advise.

Probably because a lot do not want strangers coming to there home with the danger situations that is my reason anyway but some like not to be tied down to one area with a contract also. I am not totally sure if you mean this is where you live and work or just work from or just someone has found out you escort but not at that property.

Not always. I run various businesses from home so it's not a clause in my contract.

Hi, sorry to dredge up an older thread but I have had a message from my landlord saying that the managing director is attending a home visit to ensure my safety and wellbeing. I have a suspicion its about my work but I don't work from home or have clients here. I am face out but I've been showing as outcall only for a while anyway. Should I be worried?

If you don't work from home you should be fine. They can't evict you because of your line of work as it's not illegal and quite frankly non of their business so long as the rent is being paid. If your not operating the business from home then you shouldn't have anything to worry about. It's probably just a standard home inspection that most landlords carry out 1x a year. I wouldn't worry yourself too much.
