Calls from a number with an unknown dialling code?

I've had several missed calls from what looks like a UK mobile number with the prefix +111, it appears in my missed call log as

+111076900325**

I've blanked the last 2 numbers out. I did a google search and couldn't find any results that matched, tried calling the number back but got a message saying "calls to this number are not being connected"- I don't know whether this is because my work phone is on a contract and I might not be able to call abroad as part of my plan, or its because its a telemarketing company that only does outgoing calls? Very strange.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Had some odd numbers with that messege.
I always thought they were Skype style or as you say marketrolls.

Could it be someone from abroad using their mobile within the UK?

That's what I thought but in the past a quick google search of the prefix at the beginning of the phone number tells you what country the area code is from, but I couldn't find a matching result this time.
Not to worry, they haven't called back so obviously not important. Probably some pest trying to sell me something I don't want or need anyways!

This type of numbers are internet numbers so that mind that you get called from a computer and not a phone
