Well given that you've had both a genital piercing and a condom malfunction in the last 24 hours (and I sincerely hope it wasn't in that order), I think something that only involves participation from the waist up is probably a pretty good idea assuming you've got your venue and security all sorted (and remember to stagger arrival times so you don't have them all turning up at once).
I can't help with the specifics as even the thought makes me want to hurl, but each to their own. I'd say that getting your regular health checks is even more important if you're going to do stuff like this. And above all, make sure somebody collects the money at the start and takes it somewhere else (preferably a different building).
