Genuine clients know how to make a booking. They have been trained up by another SP' s  ;D and it's always pleasure to deal with them. All what is takes is 1 text (a little bit introduction, time, date, lenght..thank you) then 1 phone call to confirm all details and maybe couple more messages with instructions. If I am in doubt I will ask them to make aw booking.

Clients who doesn't have aw account need to follow my booking rules otherwise they can go somewhere else. Too many texts, calls, questions already answered, postcode collectors - block. They wasting my energy I could give to nice genuine client.

There's always going to be clients like that. It doesn't hurt to be a little firm with them. Due to a lot of time wasters I've had to bring in a strict booking rule more so for Non members who are the worst culprits.

If they call and ask me if I am available that day but they are not sure what time then want to know about my services I politely use an excuse to get off the phone and ask them to call back when they have a time in mind. (Fantasists)

If they book a time then start texting (normally asking about what you will be wearing) I respond once 'Its a surprise, need to pop out so will be driving, see you at blah, blah, blah. Text when you are on your way! I ignore further texts and if they don't text me at least 30 Min's before appointment i would take another booking (No shows)

I would say to anyone just go with your gut instinct's and don't waste time and loose out on the genuine ones

If you ever have any bad feeling about a booking, trust it. X
