Somalian Guy Sam who came to interview me
« on: 12 July 2013, 11:06:51 pm »
Today I had this guy named as Sam to see me. He called me as a client and asked my address. He said he will be with me in 15 minutes. He called me in 10 minutes that's he is at my place. I guided him to come to my place. I opened the door, I was a bit scared. He didn't look v pleasant. He said to me that he has come through a newspaper agency and want to interview me. He said that I am working legally as I am working independently. And that he kept on and on talking about how some girls are abused. He told me that he has interviewed like 100 escorts and published in newspaper.
He started to ask why I do this work and all. I told him that I am not comfortable answering all these questions as I am happy in what I am doing. Than he said that he wants to take proper interview and record me and take pictures or take my pictures from my profile which is on website. I got so uncomfortable with all his questions, he was not giving me much chance to speak, he was just staring at me and talking. To get rid of him I told him that I need some time to prepare myself for all these questions. And I am not v sure if I want to be part of this interview. He also in between said that he is from local council supported by local police. He was too fast in talking that I didn't understood some words he said. He looked and sounded dodgy. I am not sure that did he really came to interview or his motive was something else. His said his name is Sam, he was black and had beard. He called me from no 078175970**. Did anyone had this guy to come to interview to any of you, as he said he had interviewed 100 girls. I was so nervous when he left. I didn't had a good feeling at all.

Sounds dodgy to me  :-[ :-[ :-[

The fact he showed no ID or any paperwork to back his claims regarding what agency he works for and talking fast implies to me he was trying to pull a fast one and gods knows what he's intentions were.

Glad you managed to get rid of him.

Sounds like something for the warnings section and I think I'd be speaking to the police about this, at least asking him for ID. Some fraudsters are known to use the "working with the council" line to try and wheedle their way in.

Yes dear he was dodgy. I asked him to sent him all his work published to mail me on my e-mail id, but I haven't received anything as yet. I have a feeling he came to rob me but as I was in a nice hotel, he didn't manage to and end up talking to me. He kept on talking like he was on drugs.

Strawberry it did came in my mind to ask him his ID, but I got so nervous I though its just better to get rid of him. I told him I need some time to prepare myself for all these questions and all.

some guys come with fake police id so even if he showed his agency id i wouldnt believe him :( i was so fortunate to meet one with fake police id. ask for business card genuine police has and they will give it to you and it will display the department or unit they work for.
but why random men would just turn up anywhere to interview girls? most probably they would be thrown out at the first or second flat by a pimp. if i want to give interview i would email the appropriate people.
what a weird man.

I agree with you, he didn't look pleasant at all. He didn't say anything about interview on phone. He turned up just as a client after taking address. His intentions were bad. Thank God, somehow I got rid of him.

If you get somebody claiming to be from the police or council and they have ID you are well within your rights to ring the appropriate place to check their credentials, if they're dodgy you'll soon find out!

As soon as he started talking I would have shown him the door, I think you had a lucky escape, a weirdo. Take care.

True he was neither a client nor from from any newspaper agency or from council. His intentions were something else.
