Be very careful, I know someone who went back to work 2 weeks after a boob op and ended up in hospital with septicemia and had to have one inplant taken out, it was then a 3 month wait until she was given the go ahead to have the damage repaired and worked with a flat tyre so to speak for those months.

That's insane, I wouldn't dream of going back to work that early. I thought roughly 6 weeks post opp if no complications, but that would only be bj bookings with clients I knew and trusted to respect the no touch, and gentle movement rule lol

It's your health at the end of the day, and having had mine done (twice), the first time around it was a good 4 weeks before I felt like going back to work (I was doing a normal job back then, and nothing strenuous), and I wasn't able to exercise for 8 weeks.  Even then it had to be gentle exercise.
You can't guarantee either that clients are going to be gentle, even if they say they will be.  Their idea of gentle might not be yours, and could spoil the session for both of you.
If you are really hard up for cash could you not borrow from a trusted family member or friend or go to your bank and see about getting a buy now, pay later loan just to tie you over.  Don't go to a loan shark though.

Look after yourself

as I said in a previous post, Im planning on saving up 3 months worth of earnings, so I'm financially covered should I not return till then. The clients I'm on about are gentle naturally and tend to see me more for company than anything else lol, so would only grant them permission of being in my presence if I wanted their company hahaha. Nah they're lovely and I'd only see them before I was back to work if I wanted to, not because I need the cash. This is all a while off anyway. I definitely would not return to work until I was 100% healed through and through. I've been doing research on all aspects of BA for years, there's no way I would risk Fucking it up for anyone or anything, surgery is a very serious decision and should not be taken lightly, don't worry, I have a very mature and educated head on my shoulders on this subject, and I do appreciate you concerns and advice, it's good we are here to help each other like this to avoid someone getting hurt like previously mentioned experiences  :)

High strength vitamin C helps healing, if that is of any help.

Zinc supplements are another good healer.

Arnica was recommended by my ps nurse for healing after a boob job, and I'm healing fantastically only 4 and a half weeks in, seen a couple of my regs I trust this week as xmas coming up. Not properly back to work tho, my ps knows what I do and recommended six weeks off so the pocket has healed and if anyone squishes me ill be safe. Please do save up as lots of weird costs as well as time off work! I seem to have spent a fortune on wedge pillows, supplements, sports bras etc!

Ooooo, thanks thh, really good info. I had thought about sports bras etc for po, but hadn't thought about special pillows etc, will pencil those in for my funds. When I was first looking at BA 6/7 years ago, I never realised how much it would set me back, just presumed I would need a few hundred on top of surgery cost, oh the young and naive! Hahaha.
Thanks for the tip on arnica, funny, as that does sound familiar, I must of heard of it before. Thinking I might do a full report once I've had it done and fully healed so other girls can have a rough idea what to expect (will just feed my ocd to keep a diary of it all, I'm so anal about some things, wish I was just as ocd about keeping my flat spick and span and not eating carbs! Hahaha)

Glad to hear everything is going smoothly for you! Bet you can't wait to go shopping! The icing on the cake for me will be getting rid of all my triple gel bra's, might keep one old bra (not a gel one obviously)  just to burn in the fire as a mark of an end to an era and the beginning of a new one! Lol (weird, I know, haha)

Please keep us updated with your progress, and I hope you keep healing well  :) xox

I took six weeks off for my BA  expect them to be very swollen and tender and larger than actual size
8 weeks for lipo
8 weeks for mini tummy tuck
Each time I had it done just before Xmas and went on a three week holiday in the new year to recover

All hurt like fuck esp the lipo I bruised like I did 10 weeks with Mike Tyson and then went head on with a truck and my ankle swelled up so much I looked like I was about 90 - couldn't see my toes
( but I bruise very easily)

A good Sports bra is a must M&S do a great one
