boob job and returning to work?
« on: 03 September 2014, 07:41:25 pm »
So I just recently got my boobs done about 6 days ago-- am hating them right now as I can barely lift my arms, but am sure I'll be loving them in a month or so!

My original plan was to take six weeks off from work, but I signed a lease for a new flat and basically all my savings and every dollar in my bank account went towards it, as they required a huge deposit and MANY months rent in advance, and the rest went towards my surgery. I basically had to work every single day for 3 weeks to make it work, as the whole thing ended up costing me over 15,000 pounds and I wasn't expecting that, I thought I was just going to be putting down 1 month + 6 weeks deposit when they ended up requiring 4 months. I don't regret it at all, as my lease for my current place ends and I needed somewhere to move anyway, and the only other option would have been to throw money down the toilet by short letting upon my return. And I absolutely love my new flat and can't wait to have my own place.

But I am very low on cash right now and a bit worried as I don't know if I'll last six weeks. Obviously I don't have to worry about rent for months now, but still need money for food, some new working clothes as nothing fits me anymore, shampoo, face wash, oyster card and all that wonderful stuff! I'm planning on moving out of my current flat a bit early so I was hoping I could get my deposit back early as well, but my landlord isn't having it.

I have regulars and clients who are already pushing to make an advanced booking for when I return so I'm not too worried about it being slow when I get back, and I have a couple who have requested seeing me before my return for just OWO. And even if I only get 4 bookings that first week that's enough for me to get by on for a week anyway. But I am worried about returning too soon and possibly setting my recovery back or having a client rupture an implant pushing it out of place.

For you ladies that got your boobs done, how long did you wait to go back to work? Did you wait longer than 5 weeks?

I'm also wondering exactly what the best way to phrase needing to be gentle with me the first couple weeks would be? Obviously not grabbing and squeezing, no titty wanks, but I'm also concerned about very hard penetration that could make my boobs shake, and my friends have told me being on top is an absolute no, and anything that requires having to support my body with my arms.

I waited 4 weeks but was still ultra careful with anyone touching them, I told my clients they were new and they were as careful as possible, I suppose everyone is different on how they recover but I found a month was ok for me.

Also remember if you do too much too soon you'll be back on the operating table getting problems sorted and you'll lose more money in the long run, just take it easy, and I promise the pain does ease!

^yes I'm hoping within a week my range of motion will be back to normal and the swelling with my down.. I was lucky and managed to avoid the square boobs I've seen some ladies get but they're still pretty swollen and odd looking!

What positions did you find were the most difficult? I was going to take it slow the month of October, and then go back to my normal amount the month of November.

Also, did you get unders or overs? I have 525 HP unders and I'm pretty small, 5'4 and a size 6/8.

I got over the muscle and the swelling took around 6 months to totally go down, I can't remember which cc I had but ended up a 32f and I'm a size 8,

I found any position where my boobs moved a lot such as on top or doggy was uncomfortable for a good few months, so was on my back a lot! I was just honest with clients about my limits x

I don't know what the correct time frame is, since I haven't had the courage to enhance. A friend of mine did, and she was not just back at work, but also back in the gym after 6 weeks (with support bra). This turned out to be far too soon - one night she woke up in a pool of blood. The new scar tissue had opened up in her sleep, she was in a huge pool of blood, and her implant was poking out of the cut. Please allow yourself time to heal not just superficially, but in the deeper layers of the dermis, or you may find yourself having to take an awful lot of time off.

^well you're certainly not supposed to be back at the gym after six weeks, you're not supposed to be out of breath or putting immense pressure on the implants, lifting anything heavy, for about 2-3 months. Imagine how much running up and down on a treadmill, or lifting weights, would put pressure on the implants. I don't think seeing clients would put nearly that much pressure on them.

I'm booked in to have a BA at the end of the month, just wondering how long will it be until I can start seeing clients again?
Have you had a BA? How long did it take you to get back working?
Thanks x

Have you thought about doing cam/massage/phone chat until you feel able to work properly again?

So I'm returning to work next week-- managed to take 6 weeks off.

Physically I feel fine at this point, and think I will be OK by then. I'm just worried about reviews concerning my new additions as they are still quite hard/tight at this point as it's just going to take time for the muscle to release the implant some and stretch. To anyone considering getting a BA, I would suggest taking more than 6 weeks off!

^I would absolutely not return until at least 4 weeks, because you have to make sure your incisions are 100% healed or you could get an infection and end up having to go through the whole thing all over again. Sweat, bacteria, anything getting into them can cause a nasty infection. You also have to careful about not even just pressure on them, but an implant getting knocked out of the socket from someone banging you too hard... a friend of mine had a guy fuck hers up on week 4.

Personally I think a month or less would be pushing it, but see how you feel. I will say that I didn't start having sex with my guy until week 3 and it was the most boring missionary sex as he couldn't come anywhere near them, even now he has strict orders that they are just to look at, not to touch. I would not have wanted a client going anywhere near them, the nipple sensitivity/soreness is terrible. And you have to wear the surgical bra day and night for a month.

Hope your op went well! Sitting at home with my new boobs too (5 days post op,) I asked my surgeon after explaining my job, his advise was 4 -6 weeks depending on my recovery and even after that to be careful and not to use my sex swing or anything too physical for the foreseeable. You need to ask your surgeon about work at a post op appointment imo, they will be able to tell how far along in recovery you are better than anyone.  Better to be safe than hurt yourself!
So glad I found this post, am panicking about how long to take offwork too! Not the cheapest thing I've ever bought and desperately gonna need some Xmas cash once healed up!
I really wanna get back to work but can't even lift my arms atm and look a right state in pjs, not sexy!

Happy healing! Yay boobies!!!!!

I'm so glad I found this thread! And congrats to all of you having had it done!

I've wanted a BA for roughly 6 years, my natural breasts are underdeveloped due to a hormone condition, so it's been an emotional rollercoaster over the years lol. But cannot wait to finish clearing my debts, which will be very soon, then I can save up!

This is definitely something I keep mulling over. I had originally planned to save up 2 months worth of outgoings plus extra for new clothes and also as a safety net in case the healing process takes longer or gets put back due to a complication. But reading about the girl who woke up with the wound reopening due to early exercise etc, think I'll save up 3 months to be on the safe side.

As for getting back into work, I had decided, once I'm at that stage, I would only see my regular clients who I knew and could trust and would only do bj bookings untill the incisions are fully healed all the way through. But this is all on paper so to speak, I'm yet to actually experience it all, I'm sure my plans will change and be adjusted when in the reality of it all.

I've never broken a bone or had any surgery ever *touch wood* so have absolutely no idea how I will cope in the recovery. Most likely I'll be a whining sissy! Haha xox
