Hey guys this is extremely boring topic however needing a bit of help.

I've decided to change my escort persona because of an somewhat unpleasant punter who is being rather persistent in a mundane irritating kind of way, anyway!

Decided until i get one or two clients il stick with the free site of moonfruit. and they have this whole template thing, i think chose a good one (well one of the better ones) but i just cant work out how to change the menu where you have the page names ect cas they at present are:

home about method prices contact (i chose a hair dressing template) all i want to change is the word method as it sounds awfully odd in my situation...

Anyone had this problem? any I.T. wizz kids would be so welcome right now! and ofcourse any normal people with any knowledge they can spare
