Depends. I'd avoid Holbeck and Beeston because of the red light district reputation. Bang in the city centre good for on foot traffic (guys nipping out from office) but parking like most city centres can be expensive/ a pain especially near the weekend. I've never done down by the docks but lots of apartments down that way so very anonymous, good for discretion.
