Best thing in that situation imo is to buy a ramer sponge in boots chemist and cut it into a circle about 2/3cm diameter.

Please don’t use a normal sponge from the chemist, sponges are not designed to be used like that as they could have dirt, sharp particles and chemicals on them that could cause all sorts of nasty problems.

I usually order my beppys from Amazon and get them delivered to my nearest amazon locker where I may be, usually comes next day.

You can buy natural sea sponges (and wash them very well) in Paperchase - there's a massive one on Tottenham Court Road and lots of others scattered about. Don't use baby/cosmetic sponges for the reasons given above :)

I use soft baby sponges from boots. You can get them in any shop that sells baby products. They're clean, safe and work really well

Baby sponges are not intended for menstrual use and are full of chemicals. Plus if you cut them up it's vey likely that tiny fragments will break off and embed themselves inside you - please don't use them.

The wet Beppy sponges are better than the dry.

Remember to pop a bit of lube on first just to help it ease inside.

I use Gynotex.  I buy a big bag of them on Amazon for very little money.

They are better than Beppy. I run them under the tap then insert them. They can be rinsed out inbetween bookings and reinserted.

I use a fresh one every day.

One of the best things ever invented.

Just thought I would resurrect this thread to say - do NOT use Beppy sponges that are past their sell by date. I bought a multipack about 5yrs ago of the wet sponges. Never had a problem with them - sometimes it would take a couple of tries to get them out.

I haven't had a period for a couple of years (menopause) so when I started bleeding yesterday morning I just grabbed one and put it in so I could crack on with bookings. When I took it out the wrapper I noticed it was a bit dry so I soaked it under the tap before inserting. Went on to have bookings including one bloke with a long cock.

Tried to take it out yesterday 5pm - totally failed. All my usual tricks of soaking it with water, squatting down, having a bath, no joy.

Sleepless night - rang my local sexual health clinic and my gp this morning and they both said go to A&E.

4.5hrs in A&E, the doctor used a speculum to get it out, what a relief, but my fanjo feels like mincemeat.

Just checked the beppy wrapper when I got home and the expiry date was Jan 2020. I've never had a problem with them before.

Tldr: don't use old beppys

I use Gynotex as well get a bag off 30 off Amazon for about 12 quid I have the dry ones run them under the tap before inserting. Big dicks will push them deep into you though so to remove you will need to sit in a bath or point the shower head up your self to inflate the sponge with water so that you can reach it.
