Hi Girlies,

I'm new to the site and looking for some advice please!...I'm very keen to get into escorting however as I'm new to the business I feel I need to be supported by an agency rather than going it alone.

Ive spent the last couple of days trying to find agencies in Devon and Cornwall all I have found are scams or advertising platforms.

Does anyone have any contacts and/or advice?

Do you have a friend that you can trust to tell them what you are doing ?

If you do then you don't really need an agency you could get plenty of work with a profile on a site like adultwork. The key thing is to have your wits about you, and have someone you can rely on as a security buddy who knows where you are and who you are with.

Read all the articles on the main section of this site they offer some really good advice. I would advise that you start with only clients that have good feedback until you get more experienced and can spot the idiots.

Hey Chick, I am in the same part of the world as you. I too looked at the agency route when I first started out but it seems we are too far west.

 This turned out to be a blessing in disguise for me though as going indie straightaway was the best option. Most importantly because I vet and screen my own clients. With the experience I have now there is no way I would allow someone else to do such a vital part of my job for me.

I work independently in Devon and Cornwall (although I'm laid up with a broken leg at the moment!) and have made it work well for me. If you need someone in the area for advice, a chat or security buddy feel free to pm me.  :) x

Thanks Mischief, I do have a friend who actually used to do some escorting, shes gonna help me with photos ect.

As there doesn't seem to be agencies my way then advertising seems to be the way to go..there's so many tho and some ask for registration fee I will check out adultwork, you don't happen to have another one or two to recommend?

I will read some more info on this site but just to ask, you say check the clients with good feedback? so do they kind of have a profile set up as well??

I work for an agency :)

What I will say is (and I made this error before once) NEVER EVER pay any money upfront to them, not even for photoshoots. They may try and fob you off by saying "We need to take ?200 for insurance". BULLSHIT! Chances are, you won't get anything from them and they are just out to scam you!

Unfortunately, I am in Scotland so not too sure about the ones in England lol. But what I will also say is, a good agency will work with you. They won't pester you to work days you don't want, you can work when you like etc. Never be forced to do anything you don't want to do. And a proper agency won't take all your money. One I rung before I found the one I'm working for now, was run by a foreign girl. Now I have nothing against them, but I simply couldn't understand her at all, and had to ask her to repeat several times. You were expected to do your own pics or pay them ?160 for a shoot (my agency's was free), and they took 3/4s of your earnings. Any like that, run. My agency only take a fraction, I get 3/4s! :)
