Aw is dishonest and lying company. They say on their website you can verify yourself by driving licence as well but in reality, they won't verify you without the passport
The girl I talked to was a British girl and wasn't showing her face, doesn't have any other adult profile apart from aw. They showed her aw profile at the border, made her wait there for long hours and sent back.

Most Probably they looked into her devices (phone, laptop, tablet, email or whatnot) and found it. It doesn't take genius, just someone trained for that. You said you found her on twitter, I hope she didn't had a twitter account on her phone announcing her US tour or holidays linked to her AW profile. Usually that doesn't go down well with US border.

No they didn't check her mobile devices. Only her passport. This is what she says. She was going to a music festival and showed them all the tickets, hotel reservations but they said they didn't care. She had to wait in a small room for very long hours, they also made her pay for the return ticket

I didn't ask about too much details but I guess they treated her very badly there

Suzy you don't know this person first hand, she's some random on twitter, all we know is she's on twitter advertising herself as an escort and very publicly writing she was detained by US border and sent back,  so I would question her "discretion" skills. Again: take with a pinch of salt what randoms write on twitter because you don't really know the full story (and neither do I).

I didn't ask her whether she used Twitter. I think Twitter is a trustworthy company that never shares personal information with governments, (they don't ask your id information either), but it's hard to say the same for aw. She doesn't show her face anyway

I used to be quite active on Twitter and a few of the girls there said they had been stopped entering the US. One was detailed at the airport, questioned about why she was there and sent back to the Uk. She was showed her AW profile and website and was told they knew she was an escort and was there to work.

I didn't ask her whether she used Twitter.

Please get your story straight

My deepest apologies, I got you all confused with the OP. I guess it's all those 222's on the names  :FF

Is this the same Twitter that was fined $150 million last year for repeatedly misusing it's users personal data over a period of several years?

That aside, the OP has not returned (and rereading, never intended to work in the US anyway) and given that this has turned into a train wreck that I can't make head nor tail of, locked.

If anybody can be bothered to try and tidy it up, we'll unlock it again.
