I’m just finishing up my tour and I’ve had two potential clients be really rude.

In both cases they have received my autoresponse because I’ve been in bookings and have responded with “Fuck Off.”

Ive been in the industry for years and I’ve honestly never had this happen.

Do you ladies think punters are becoming more rude/aggressive?

Obviously I’ve blocked them but it’s so unnecessary!

Yes, yes they are. This has been a problem for the last couple of years and progressively getting worse (at least, this has been the case in my location and surrounding areas). It's not just rudeness and aggressiveness either, it's entitlement, unrealistic expectations, and being a lot more difficult to please these days.
There's also more and more of them turning up with various erectile dysfunction problems.

I think there are serious social issues at the moment (a lot of them gendered and social media influenced) and it filters through to us on the front-line. We just need to hold the line and hold our boundaries tighter than ever.
Screen. Screen. Screen.
And don't be scared to turn them down if there's even a hint of bad attitude.
