backpage.com ad removed?

I am fuming!! I paid for a backpage.com ad, recieved the email saying it was live and its now been removed!?! ive had no email to tell me it was removed, i just tried to search today and its gone. according to my account its been removed but i dont know why. im horrified ive been charged - and i spent an extra ?20 to have it featured, and its gone?! ive tried to email them to no avail. any ideas?

Backpage has certaing rules for photos and wording and they won't give you the money back if they remove your ad.

See i thought that it could be the wording - then they themselves copy and pasted my Damn advert from selectanescort and "surprise here's a free ad to try out" - ALL EXACTLY THE SAME. Im fuming even more. No phone number and no response to my emails. So now i have paid and they've put up a free ad, without the sponsoring i paid for, with all the same wording etc. Something fishy going on Im so not happy. Worst part is I've had three calls today from the ad. Sigh.
