The workers in the clinics are used to sex workers calling in/making appointments, there is no need to do anything bar tell the truth.  They are not there to judge us and the one I go to is great.

Yes Hepatitis jags are advisable.  That is why you are best to be honest.  They can advise you what you REALLY need.

Come clean with them. So they can give you the appropriate health care. Most GUM clinics understand if you don't wish to give your real details name, address etc.
Usually they just need a DOB (which can be real or not) and a way to contact you.
Hep B jabs are expensive so they often need a good excuse to give you one. I've never known any GuM nurse to be overtly judgmental.

I recommend telling you GUM clinic your job too, the second I came clean I was given full screening with swabs down my throat and up my bum too lol. They are 100% confidential, and non-judgemental.

I've had my jabs done, everything possible to protect yourslef in this job :)
