I've never seen one of the condom versions (eZon = 'easy on' was the name, from Pasante, from memory) but yes, they exist somewhere.
Like Avanti, Femidoms are now made of something else. I've not tried either of the newer versions (Avanti changed the name, Femidoms didn't) but this may have reduced the noise issue which was one reason why some people hated them.
American versions of the Femidom (made in the UK, but still cheaper in the USA) used to have a sachet of lube bundled with them, and using lube is still necessary even when, as here, they don't do that.
They're also popular with some people as an anal, rather than vaginal, pouch. Because the movement is inside the Femidom, there's less irritation to the anus.
