Asking for advice

Hello everyone, I am very new to escorting & just found this forum ♥️. I’ve started 3 days ago to work under agency with accommodation as I didn’t know how else to start & I needed incall place. At the end I agreed with 50/50 arragment on the base that everything will be provided… accommodation, advertising, security, phone, all services etc. … finding the reality is far from what she told me. The only advertisement she has done is on vivastreet & in procces of verifying adult work… I have started to research some information mainly on this forum and I would like to go independent. My main question would be if someone could advise on if I leave would I be able to actually have a profile on AW as I naively agreed to give my ID information for her to set the profile which I don’t have access? Also if there would be any kind soul willing just to chat & give some advice on incalls in hotel or tours would be so welcome please . I am currently in Birmingham.

50/50! You are definitely being ripped off. My advertising and accommodation costs are always less than 25% of my income. I would never work for an agency but even the majority are 70/30 or 60/40 from what I've read on here.

What area are you in? (roughly)

You would be better off booking day use rooms in hotels and offering incalls at a price that you're happy with.

This is not an agency, this is a pimp. Get out, get out, get out.

Never, ever, give anyone your ID/allow them to create profiles for you. You can 100% do all this yourself as an independent and keep 100% of your earnings.

If this person has your ID and created a profile on AW with it, it will be hard for you to claim ownership of it as I doubt she will give you the password. Your best bet it contacting AW helpline and they might be able to assist you.

I had this problem before where they set up my aw profile and wouldn't let me keep it when I went indy. It's quite easy for you to set up your own profile.

When I built up regulars I got their number to see me independently after but you have to be discrete about it
