Hi what are some reliable agencies for London in good areas? As I worked before for a bad one (bad area, horrible customers) and I was paying a 60/40 split in their favour, and the rates were low too but I was fairly busy. Still Is that common in London? other than that what are some good areas to rent shor term? I'm thinking it might be better for an agency as I only want to rent a place short term and seems hard to find atm.

Would love to know also, but handing any of my money over after being indie from the start will be rather difficult.
But moving into London from a smaller city soon makes me feel an agency would be a good idea to begin with.
I've looked at [removed] which you can find on twitter, they're female run and project a good image about client screening.. have yet to send in my photos and see what they're like in person though.
