Yep, I always found them dead too. The wives/SO/girlfriends usually have other plans for them.
Beauty is nothing to do with having a pretty face.
It is about having a pretty mind, a pretty heart,
And most importantly a beautiful soul.

I've found some Bank Holidays to be very good for business, others a dead loss. Some regulars found they had more time or it coincided with events they were attending.

I'd say they are hit and miss depending on area and whether other ladies are working, and of course who wants  to see you.

Thanks girls, I have decided that would be an excellent time to take a week off in between tours and have a well deserved rest.  8)

I rarely work them due to family commitments but I have always found in the past the first and last bank holidays are good for me the ones in between hit and miss.

Same as above. I haven't come across a single bank holiday that doesn't send the 'slow at the minute' thread into overdrive.

Okay, I've done a search........is it worth my while keeping a hotel booking for Sun/mon/tues night, as I am starting college, so available in the evenings only.

The consensus seems to be a big 'no' by most of you.

Will this one be any different?

I booked the hotel ages ago, so got a decent deal, but obviously don't want to waste money if it's going to be dead.

Thoughts please ladies?
