Client on SSRIs
« on: 19 March 2023, 11:41:41 am »
Has anyone else had a client who is on SSRIs?

He has sent me a message and I quote:

What Im after is someone who is able to make me cum; I have been on SSRIs for some time and Ive never been able to ejaculate with another person. My hope is with your experience, youll be able to solve me.

My immediate reaction is - not for me - I dont think I possess the compassion, patience or resilience.

Probably, given that length of time I've been working. I have absolutely no idea, because most adults don't tell random strangers with no medical qualifications details of their clinical history.

The oversharing and neediness of the message above would send me running for the hills, although it reeks of timewasting fantasist to me anyway. No thank you :)

I've had an ex-SO on SSRIs, and several clients besides, and it is not something that is ''solved'' by another person, experience or not. Medical side-effects are medical side-effects, and if anything, aggravation with own inability to orgasm and fixating on it is going to make it even more improbable to occur. Simply put, expecting someone else to troubleshoot this is equivalent to expecting miracles in regards to coke/alcohol wet pasta dick. It is chemically induced and not likely to just cease due to ''correct handling''.

Some clients have told me their medication may affect their performance, some of these are antidepressants, blood pressure medication, and others. I happen to already know that SSSRIs can affect the ability to orgasm (or at least that's what the leaflet told me 20+ years ago when prescribed for me.

I just carry on with understanding as usual.

Some tell me about operations or other medical treatment either in regards to performance, scars or disability.
