Hi ladies. Your replies are all much appreciated.
Steph89x and Mirror, thank you for sharing your experiences. I found these to be very useful. Is this something you enjoy engaging in (for e.g. when compared to more traditional SW?). I am not offering similar services but good to know that there is a market for them in case I branch out.
Mirror some good points there that I agree with: I don’t rely too much on a pic and don’t use it to gauge anything, e.g. behaviour during the booking and or if they will show up. It may not even be very reliable as a physical identifier (e.g. fake and old pics). But still works for me though…
Miffy, your second response with detailed advice (including screening tips and + re:instinct) is also most valued. Having a website is great but one has to be able to drive traffic to it. I’ll have a look @ Ana66 thread on vid calls as well, thanks for pointing this out.
PinkR2021, RB1, Kay and Justine: sure a) noting red flags & using instinct are key, b) privacy concerns, c) cutting of excitement, d) taking a bit of time & abuse-prone and e) that some men willing to exchange pics can be timewasters or never book. A bright side of things is that now it’s easier to have access to this as many voluntarily put up pics on messaging apps (to be taken with the above reservations).
Mirror + Rosie13/RB1, it was nice to see you taking the thread in a slightly different direction. I focus on inquiries in which people know what they want and who they are talking to (I tend to ignore or respond very succinctly to those that are curious, just want to have a chat or/and simultaneously messaging multiple SPs then would like me to say my name, where I’m based, what my prices/services are, the website in which they may have seen my ad and for me to send them my link).
