Once more than one person is offering sexual services somewhere, not necessarily at the same time or even for money, it becomes a brothel.

Brothels are illegal to own, run or permit in premises you control. But they're legal to work in and visit.

Or in other words, they're (about to be?) committing an offence, but you wouldn't be.

(What's 'BN1'? Ah, the Brighton postcode? It noticeably doesn't mention any location info apart from 'by the sea' so it must be a geographically limited board...)

'The Ian formerly known as SW5'. What they said: "Indispensable", "You are our best resource", and (hours later!) "I'm afraid that you're being made redundant..."

This establishement used to be called Executive Suite on Worthing Seafront.  One girl per day flat, with a maid.

They lost the rental of their property and as far as I understand have now moved to the property you have been shown.  The woman who owns Executive Suite is also an Escort.

Just a bit of background knowledge.

Hugs

Thank you so much for the background information Penny.

Since I looked into this and found out that hotels and rental properties that are supported by prostitution is indeed illegal and can be raided.  better to avoid me thinks just on the safe side.

the police can take your DNA swab straight away if you are taken into custody for investigation. then you're "marked".

hiya girls
i have just (luckily) found this website and have been looking thru it for useful and helpful information

i see your posting about this rooms for rent thing and i am sure we got this email too up north,

when i phoned the guy, it turned out really that he was just lonely and wanted to find a lady for the night,
(i think)
i asked him how much the rooms were and hee seemed to have changed his mind about doing the whole thing, this was ages ago too. seems he must have thought about it and then changed his mind about doing it.
something about having too much other work to do or something. He obviously doesnt need the money !

I also got simone to give him a call from a private number a few days later.

the guy was called JAZZMINDER and seemed very genuine and nice, they had a long chat and it turns out that he had changed his mind about having anything to do with this sort of thing. So I wouldnt worry about it if i were you.

he continued to say that due to local pressure he has even stopped any swingers parties taking place there sometime ago. Seems

The phone call was left on good terms, it sounded like an office in the background, not any kind of brothel?!*

We felt a little let down as we wanted somewhere safe to work from. Its tough up in norwich sometimes and we get quite scared sometimes, hotels are safe but are  pain.

Thought i`d keep you all up to date x x x

good luck jade x x x
