Anal chlamydia
« on: 29 July 2021, 07:55:43 pm »
Ok I do not offer anal and I'm having symptoms of Anal clamydia, The only thing that happened before symptoms was a client rimmed me and without consent put a finger in to which I corrected his behaviour.

Has anyone had this happen without Anal sex, I only do Protected sex and do not offer Anal. I'm freaking out and a bit embarrassed if I have it but also makes me feel nieve if clamydia can be transmitted through rimming. If I get a positive I van order meds online and I'm not working for next two weeks.

Ordered a test, I'm 45 and never had a sexually transmitted disease so I suppose it's going to happen with escorting but really surprised if I've caught it in this way.

I had chlamydia (vaginal) many years ago thanks to a cheating boyfriend but it was a long time before there were symptoms bad enough to seek help - I don't know if an anal infection is different though?

It's incredibly contagious so I wouldn't be surprised if you can catch it from rimming, but if the punter had touched his genitals and then stuck his finger in your bum that would do it too. I would go to the GUM if you can; they can have a proper look and give you advice as well as meds; it might be nothing or it might be something else altogether and AFAIK the home tests are mostly for if you don't have symptoms :).

I know someone who got Anal Chlamydia they were not a sex worker and never did anal sex. It came to the conclusion it was passed on from the vagina maybe wiping some bacteria there or possibly fingers going there that had the bacteria on from the man's penis.

A lot of the time you do not always have anal symtoms so it might not be that but if it is least it can be treated.

I got chlamydia in my mouth earlier this year and I reckon it was from rimming a casual sex partner outside this line of work a couple months ago. I was terribly sad to find he wasn’t monogamous like he said oh well heheh. I’m sure if I could’ve got it in my mouth from his anus I’m sure it can work vice versa.

I just went to the gum clinic and they gave me tablets to take for 7 days I think it was or it could’ve been 10. You’ll have to take a break from escorting for a few days as sex is not advised until you’ve finished your prescription. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the advice all :) I'm going to go to the GUM clinic and I've ordered a vaginal swab to send of. It's been terribly uncomfortable and I thought it was piles at first but its definitely not. So annoying because I didn't agree to this guy putting his finger in my bum so I'll have to make this very clear to new clients.  I'm off for a few weeks so plenty if time to get it sorted before I get back to work.

What makes you think it's Chlamydia over e.g. gonorrhoea? I would definitely go to the GUM clinic.

Like Amy I've had vaginal Chlamydia thanks to hooking up with an ex after he'd been seeing someone else, but I had zero symptoms - it was just picked up in a screen. Treatment was just two tablets the nurse made me swallow in front of her like a naughty child!

Hi Kay and to be honest it's the first thing I googled symptoms of and your right it could be either so booked in to find out. I always do the SH24 swab tests monthly or if worried so my first Gum visit for a real concern.

Ok so my test came back positive for gonorrhea, I sent off for a vaginal swab and swabbed front to back. I'm now looking to STD proof meets. My question is can this be done, Obviously I only do Protected sex but owo so now if I caught this from rimming on me and finger, I'm going to only offer OW and lower my rates. But what can I do to prevent any holes getting infected. I'm taking rimming off but RO I assume can also be a problem ? First time I've caught a STD and freaking out a bit.

Why would you lower your rates? I don't offer OWO or RO and I've put mine up since (mostly because I'd relocated and my rent is stupid :D).

You can't STD proof completely (and you don't have 'holes'; that's a really grim way to talk about yourself) but you can do a lot - make sure they don't touch themselves and then touch you with the same hand and vice versa; I keep a 'clean' hand for touching myself, condoms and so on and a 'dirty' hand for touching them and you soon get used to it :).

You would have to be incredibly unlucky to catch gonorrhoea from rimming as the infection is concentrated in the throat and not on the tongue? My guess is it was poor hand hygiene - if I had a tenner for every punter to maul his dick around and then go straight to touch me with the same hand I could retire ::).

Thanks Amy the hand thing will take some practice but makes total sense and in the past I've had a few try and rub their unrubbered penis on my clit which I hate. My price had gone up to £200 to keep in line with other girls in my area but I'm happy to lower this to £170. if it means I can justify changing my services and attract new clients then it's still a very good hourly rate. Looking at the rates £200 and over rimming on clients and such is on offer so I think that's justified as its things I wouldn't do. I will definitely lose some clients but I will have more peace of mind. I have had a few clients ask for OW. I had a client droo me recently because I offer owo and on threads about ow it's actually rare not to offer owo.

I'm not looking forward to having a needle in my bum cheek lol Had a laugh on the phone to the sexual health worker who was lovely and understanding.

With the hand for touching and the clean hand I maybe should use hand sanitizer before i put on the condom.

I am glad you found out what it was and are getting it sorted.

Like what Amy said about them touching themselves and then shoving there hand all over your vagina it has happened too often to me too.

I had a client the other week who was one who kept wanking himself and he had a lot of pre cum then grabbing my boobs and then just shoving his fingers in my vagina without even asking and using same hand. I said to him could you not put your same hand straight on my vagina when you been touching your penis as it's a health issue, i said i have no prob with you playing on my vag but not with your hand that has been on your leaky very leaky penis. He got the hump a bit and said oh sorry very sarcastically and said other women are not usually that fussy.

Trying to educate fools like the above is hardwork, it's like as they are paying you you should not worry about your health and made to feel guilty if you try to protect yourself.

If I've touched their bits I put a spot of gel on my hands, let it dry then handle the condom. Or I use the sink.

I do anal and rimming (both ways) and normally like having my STD tests every 21 days. Luckily not had anything similar happen, so I guess it may be finger contamination as you suspect.

I do the clean-dirty hand as Amy says. I'm watching their hands constantly. If I can't see I move round. If they're too handsy with their dick I squirt gel on their paws and tell them to stop cross-contaminating. They're not offended.

Interesting... NHS says 1 in 10 infected men and almost 50% of infected women don't experience any symptoms? So some pepes are infected months or years without noticing!

Do you think it's worth a warning if you're sure he's the infector? considering he also stuck a finger without consent which is also a sexual assault.

Whilst on this subject I too use a clean-hand dirty-hand and no-bare genital contact, however one client suggested this is illogical/inconsistent with my decision to participate in OWO, RO and CIM.

This made me question my own policy, however to me the clean/hand and no unprotected genital reduces risk elsewhere.

I have had to engage side-ways crab a lot!

Thanks Mirror, Salty and Green, Many if the things you said about clients and the things they do I have had happen. And I have made a report on the client app to warn others. Also I will update my AW profile and make clear that no fingers are welcome, No fingering in my bum either. I've done CIM and owo and not had any infections up until this incident it's my first time having tested positive but a lesson and nudge to change a few things. I actually hate fingering and I've yet to meet a guy that can do it without it hurting and often riggle up the bed to get away.

With the ow is it best to change the condom before sex to make sure the condom does not split?

Thanks all for the advice and your own experiences, Never too old to learn about this stuff. Bit OMG I never want this in my bum hole again it's been very uncomfortable just glad I can get it sorted. Zero symptom anywhere else.
