I posted last month about getting very few AW bookings and was advised to advertise my number which I did. I did have a few better weeks but it's gone dead again despite green light and advertising number daily. I state text messages are ignored but at least 75% still text. After checking them on CE I sometimes text back to say 'call for bookings' but almost all of them ignore me.

Should I be accepting texts? Speaking to them, which initially terrified me, has helped me weed out the ones who sound intoxicated or can't talk to me in a nice way.

I know this probably sounds racist too but I dislike Asian men because all but one (a lovely regular) have treated me poorly in the past so I prefer hearing how they sound before accepting a booking. Please don't judge, it's just my preference.

I do feel if they can't read my profile and clear booking instructions then they have a disregard for me, but I'm pretty desperate for cash at the moment. I'm even offering outcalls now which I never wanted to do in the past, just because bookings are so few and far between. I only worked 4 days last week due to my other commitments and had only 5 bookings.

I have movies, free gallery, paid gallery etc. I also advertise my email address. Feel like giving up completely.

Glad it's not just me. I started almost a year ago and was inundated for end of November and December despite no feedback. I don't want to accept a booking that I don't like the sound of just because I'm desperate if that makes sense.

I always insist on a phone call too, and it's not a screening step I would ever drop. If they can't be bothered to call you, what are they going to be like in a booking?

Exactly. I'm going to start just ignoring the texts then. Just bugs me how they can't even read 'withheld numbers and SMS are ignored'.

You are doing the right thing by checking them out on CE it saves me many headaches and timewasters.
