did you get my email on aw? - how to reply if maybe he is blocked!

just got a text of a punter saying: Did you get my email on aw for today?
now, i could reply simply not, i did not!
but i guess that he is blocked...if not why i did not get it? unless he made a mistake, he was drunk...or whatever!
i won t risk then if he is blocked to deal with explanation...you never know how they accept to be blocked!

What you think and what you react to this if you were in my place?

I’ve had someone make a booking and send a deposit whilst blocked. He kept insisting he’d sent the request but I wasn’t receiving it my end. Couldn’t understand why.
Hindsight I should’ve asked for his username wayyyy earlier. Bc he was very much on my blocked list.
Ask for his username ? Could be an innocent mistake. Could be locked.

yes, i know that could be a mistake. honestly very rare to make mistake like this! asking for username then he s expecting a reply for sure at least by text. maybe i would avoid completely and maybe loose a booking but i know that i am not the best for the business!

If you ask for his username and he turns out to be blocked. Then you don’t have to reply any longer to his texts. I’m sure he’ll soon get the message.(lack thereof).  Especially if you then block his number too. If he’s blocked there’s a reason for it. You don’t have to explain yourself to him. Xx
