I think the idea was that xxxtinyxxx would be paying the money into Ms Brothel-owner's account, not xxxtinyxxx's, but even without that, you're being asked to step right into the path of any shit that may start flying.
If it has survived when most others have been closed, then something interesting is happening. She's kept to the local unwritten rules, and/or someone's getting a cut, and/or someone's a client, or... (If you know of many more, then closing them isn't a priority for the police: in South Kensington they said their target was closing one a quarter - given that there were a year's supply on the road I worked at alone, you can see how low a priority closing all of them was.)
But yes, the response to 'Please run this brothel, don't worry it's legal, honest' is either 'No' and 'What's in it for me?', depending on how much risk you want to take... and you already know the answer to that.
