I hate my nipples stimulated just because it's highly annoying to me. I tell them that I like my breasts squeezed with a cupped hand and maybe my nipples licked. I just try to avoid my nipples fiddled with.

I think you may want to try a gel with lidocaine in it. Anbesol for example. It should numb them a bit.

Every time a clients moves his hand towards my nipples with pinched fingers, it's as if I am watching it in slow motion and want to just scream "NOOOOOOOOOOO", because I know what follows isn't going to be pleasant.

I used to endure it. Now I just tell them to stop or do it back to them so they see how it feels. I DON'T LIKE MY FUCKING NIPPLES BEING PINCHED, PULLED AND TWISTED. These babies are attached, and much more sensitive than guys' nipples!

ive ended up telling clients before they put my breast in their mouths that my nipples are very sensitive and to be gentle, no squeezing or pulling  or sucking hard , some are respectful, sadly others suck for England, at this point ive pulled my breast away from them and told them again it hurts.

I can't stand any, absolutely ANY activity near my nipples, it's disgusting and makes me cringe inside, even now when I'm thinking about it. Everyone has their own way of working, but seeking to have no reaction to every client sounds like it's hard on the acting, if not other things.
