I?ve starting an agency and I?d like to know, from the girls that know about this, how do you prefer to deal with money?

The customer pays you, in cash, but then how do you prefer to pay the agency? Do you prefer them to send someone round to collect it, even though the agency would be taking a higher cut, or would you prefer paying it directly into an online bank account with the agency taking a smaller cut?

Would you be all right with paying into an online back account?

Is there another way of me getting my money with both the girl and me being happy?


The agency is all set up but this is the only thing that I?m not sure about and I don't want to get this wrong.

Paying into a bank account is okay. My current agency asks for their commission to be sent via secure delivery to a PO box, which is mega annoying if, like me, you suffer from rage when in post office queues.

I was with an agency once where the lady who owned it occasionally sent round a guy to pick up the money. To be honest I was mildly horrified at having to give her my address and then open the door to some random man. Is it just me, or is that the worst commission-collecting idea ever?!

I think I would go with the bank deposits, over all. Online bank deposits are even easier! But less anonymous. Maybe give your girls a choice? And... don't go with the option that requires a higher cut.

Ive found that all agencies are different. Ive worked for one that asked you to pay your commission into their bank account on the same day every week. Another where i just left the money at the incall flat to be picked up (not very secure in my opinion)
The agency i have gone to work with now collects your money from you every wed (you have to take it to one of the incall flats and give it to agency owner) I find that works quite well for me.

I would advise that if you aren't collecting all commission at end of day then it is vitally important to keep up to date records of all the girls bookings to make sure that their are no quibbles over the amount of commission owed when they do have to pay it!

Picking the commission up from a girls house would be a huge no no for me. I never even tell my agency's where i really live (i always give a false address when asked for one) personally i want to give out as few personal details as possible to my agency,no matter how much i get on with the owners. I believe respecting the girls privacy is an essential part of owning an agency. I don't even like giving out my surname to an agency. My philosophy being that they don't need to know,as long as i answer my phone,turn up to work and do my job well then that's all that matters.

I?m so happy it?s not just me who doesn?t like the idea of going to the girls place to collect the commission. My partner was convinced that was the best way to do, told him he was wrong, silly fool, so it?s nice to have others agree with me on the exact same points I used.

I must admit I haven?t heard anyone who does.


So anyway the bank and online back are the best ones with the post being an option if the girls want it.

Agency escorts do their best to leave their working persona at the work place. They don't need regular reminders with their agency boss turning up at their doorstep.

On-line banking or bank deposits. That way you have an electronic or paper trail of deposits that have been made.

I'm relieved that you do. I honestly didn't mean any disrespect, but as soon as I read that it was your partner's idea, I thought "typical".

He does agree with me now after showing him that. Apart from calling me `a cheeky git` he took it rather well. 

there's another option that is great too that doesnt involve going to banks etc....and that's a splash card.  You buy one and give the escorts the number on the card.  They go to any shop that has bill paying machines, and ask for a 360 money voucher, and pay any amount just as if you are topping up a mobile phone, but the money gets transferred to your card, which is one of those prepaid cards you can buy in shops....sorry this probably the worst explanation ever! so here's their site to inform you better: http://www.splashplastic.com    (it's an idea! i like the totally non-personal info aspect of it)

Or you can just stick the money in the bank.

I?ve never really given much thought to it to be honest. Is there much of a market for it?
