Hello girls, my name is Matina and I am an independent working in London.
Well I didn't have a good year - I had to many expenses, so I am thinking to pack my perlas and go conquer new areas!
I have heard Ireland is busier than London - is that true? I am thinking on going to stay for a year in Dublin if it is as good as they say, but of course its a big step - what if I don't like it or it is a flop? I am also considering going to Leeds, it is a big busy city, I don't know how busy a working girl can be there, but the rents are half price comparing to London and you can always tour in the around cities of Manchester, Sheffield etc.AND have a garden!!
I think I need a change from London. What do you suggest ladies? Do you live and work in these areas? Have you been on tour there? How does the city feels comparing to London? Could you live there for a year, or you will only go on tour?
At the same time I am looking for girls who would like to join me in a flatshare in August. Of course there's a big chance I am going to stay in London as I love the city...but living on my own is very costly so I am ready to take the chance of sharing a flat. What is the worst thing it can happen? Get a notice to leave the flat because of the law. Ok. But if you are prepared for this (ie save some money) you can move to a new place...
So let me know your thoughts. And if you want to discuss possibilities of sharing a flat together, (in London or Leeds or Dublin) drop me a line. I am visiting Leeds the 1st week of July to check the city and the flats so if you live there we can meet up. If you think London is THE place to be, I need to hear it - I don't want to make a mistake and move away! I am currently live by myself in a studio in Earls Court.
Love and kisses -
