Dunno if that came out right. As far as I've seen...each person is allowed one brief response in FB. One bite of the cherry each. So once he's responded, I will 'top' him with mine and that's the end of the matter.

It's not usually a multi response thing. So little risk of a flame war.  :)

I had two hours pre-booked this week and both cancelled. One with a cold, the delicate flower and the other one suddenly had a meeting. I used to give them the benefit of the doubt but literally 90% of my enquiries these days are time wasters so I just block and move on now..

I know it could be BS, but I'd prefer a client cancel if he genuinely had a cold. There's a nasty one going around at the moment, and I'd certainly prefer not to catch it. That's partly why I always give every one a second chance – just never a third.
