I have done a few of these basically you set out a schedule of personal time and client time basically. I still charge by the hour but separate it with an agreement on fun time.
This allows for personal undisturbed sleeping time and relaxing..allow their time to include trips out meals with them etc I find some clients prefer this with a little bit of flexibility...
