If he has even half a brain he'll just laugh his head off. Most people know that you can't just call a bailiff/debt collector and demand they go and take money from people because you want them to - the paperwork (including court orders and such) is horrific and the process takes forever, or at least with legally enforceable debts it does. Since this isn't a legally enforceable debt, it wouldn't take long at all because any legit debt collector wouldn't string you along and would tell you straight out that there's nothing they can do.

She did not mean those kind of debt collectors. But it worked when he got a call off a man he paid up. Not saying it is ideal for everyone to go down that route at all or even saying that would work with everybody but some have resorted to that method and they got the money back.

This is so strange to me. Can you tell me why you would not get the money up front?

Always get AND count your money up front.

No matter what.

Once bitten, twice shy.

I was ripped off by a regular of 5yrs who I'd been seeing 3-4 times a month. The last time I saw him he arrived and convincingly told me he'd forgotten to pop to the cash machine in his panic to get to me in rush hour traffic. As I'd seen him hundreds of times I told him he could pay me the following week. Never saw the guy ever again. So, don't let your guard down even with your most trusted regulars.

We've all been there in one way or another. The worst one for me was a few years ago, client had booked and hour, he arrived and gave me the cash all folded up, I didn't count it and put it in my drawer. We got down to business, finished all the sex stuff arkund midway and then lay chatting for a further 20 min or so before he got showered and left, bang on 1 hour. After he left I counted the cash to find my half house rate, which was £60 less than my hour. I text him immediately and he did reply saying he wated to reduce to 30 mins and just thought I wasnt being a clockwatcher when I allowed him to stay a further 30 mins. He made no mention prior or during of reducing the appointment so the prick knew fine well what he was doing and because I was new, he got away with it. That one sits deep with me.

It happens, all of us have a brain fart at some point. I had one this week, luckily it's a good reg and he transferred the cash to me when I realised after he'd left that I forgot to get the payment.

Don't blame her for trusting the guy, shit happens, it's not her fault.

Also, if they ever want to extend the session but they have no cash on them I get them to PayPal or bank transfer the money to me whilst we’re in the booking. You don’t have to give your real name for bank transfer (the bank doesn’t check it), just your sort code and account number. Also you can create a paypal with a work email address.

Hope this helps for future reference.

Remember PayPal have a policy re adultservices so using a work email may not be wise.

And even if they didn't, they give refunds to buyers, taking the money back from you.
'The Ian formerly known as SW5'. What they said: "Indispensable", "You are our best resource", and (hours later!) "I'm afraid that you're being made redundant..."

They do and I've recently been able to retract a Friends and Family payment, although it hadn't supposedly technically reached them.
